REFUNDS & RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Based on the Consumer Guarantees Act, by law we dont have to exchange or refund an item if you change your mind, however since we are pretty nice, just drop us an email and we can see how we can help. If you need to exchange sizes etc, same thing- just let us know and we can see what we can sort out. Also we honour your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act so it if there is a fault with the item, then please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All refunds will be processed into the exact account you purchased with.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 13 Pyrite Street, Massey, Auckland 0614, New Zealand.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 13 Pyrite Street, Massey, Auckland 0614, New Zealand.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Australia - Tracked Shipping - $20.00 Purchases over USD $150- Free shipping.
Rest of world - $30.00 Purchases over USD $150- Free shipping.
All orders placed before 2pm NZST will be shipped same day.
All orders placed after 2pm NZST will be shipped the day following.
All New Zealand orders are Couriered with Courier Post.
All International orders are Couriered with Post haste
All Packages are tracked and traced, we hold no responsibility for lost packages or failed deliveries to the address of the recipient. A tracking number is issued to every customer with purchase. Please allow 2-6 Working days from when the parcel was dispatched (international orders) This does not include time for customs.
Custom Tax: Rakich Supply Co has no control over any custom taxes that could be be applied to your package when it reaches your destination. If there are any charges that may occur to your parcel on arrival - this is responsible by the customer. Rakich Ltd does not hold any responsibility for this.
TRACKING NUMBERS: You will receive a tracking number prior to your parcel being sent out. Once the parcel is sent and you have received your tracking number the parcel is your responsibility.
